I must admit that I love the shorter workouts! I look forward to them even more than I already did. It seems like the time flies right by. I don't feel like I am standing there forever, and I get more done during the day. Plus I feel like I sweat more and I can tell my metabolism is fired up!
This week I even switched the order of my workouts, so I do the weight training work first . Currently that is the Chalean Extreme program, then later I do TurboFire. I feel like I have so much more energy, I also feel like I get a bigger burn when I do lift.
Needless to say I am thrilled with my current workout schedule . I can feel my body changing which is the best part. My scale hasn't moved down, but it hasn't moved up either. I am taking more frequent body measurements to truly measure my progress. It is difficult to tell by how my clothes fit since they have been super baggy for a while now.
